There were itinerant distillers in our family for more than 4 generations.

We produced fruit spirits, Marc de Bourgogne and Fine de Bourgogne for the region's wine growers and liqueur makers.

Our Marc de Bourgogne was aged for over 20 years in barrels before bottling.
